Job Description:
- 1. Train site staff on operation standards and ensure all sites adhere to the same on a consistent basis.
2. Asset register for station to be maintained and accounted for on timely basis (cc with finance department). All forecourt items to be accounted for at any given time.
3. Ensure forecourts and other customer facing areas are kept in good and clean condition.
4. All stations to have the highest grading as per local stakeholder requirements.
5. Ensure daily checklist is done and ensure all concerns/points raised from the last visit are attended to in the next visit. Ensure this is done on timely basis, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
6. Basic training is adhered to on handling the equipment’s, pumps, etc.
7. Ensure all cash management activities including cashing up on time follow the correct processes with audit trail at all stages.
8. Carry out disciplinary action for non-compliance and thefts.
Qualification/Work Experience:
- 1. An accredited degree or Graduate with at least 2 years post qualification operational experience
2. Min. 2 years of post qualification
3. Management of teams and external parties
