Job Description:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality products
  - Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions
  - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock restocking
  - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
  - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  - Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage supply chain logistics

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, or related field
  - Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  - Strong negotiation and communication skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  - Membership with Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) is an added advantage
