Job Description:

• Diagnosing electrical problems using diagrams, blueprints, and testing tools.
  Installing and repairing electrical systems.
  Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical/electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using appropriate hand and power tools.
  Inspecting, troubleshooting, and conducting performance tests on electrical systems.
  Pinpointing electrical faults using a variety of testing devices.
  Safely operating various electrical tools and equipment.
  Planning the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
  Ensuring compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and electrical regulations.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) O’ Levels, including English and Mathematics.
  Craft Certificate in Power Electrical or related field.
  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  Must be a fully paid-up member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
