Job Description:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
    Draft letters, minutes, and reports
    Coordinate meetings and handle office correspondence
    Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional communication
    Support social media coordination and online communication where
    required

Qualification/Work Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or
    related field
    Minimum 2 years of administrative or PA experience
    Excellent organisational, communication, and computer skills
    Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content posting
    Auto Mobile Industry experience (Added Advantage)
    Valid driver’s license
