Job Description:

• •Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks professionally.
  * Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
  * Mix basic cocktails and prepare standard beverages.
  * Handle cash, process payments, and balance daily sales.
  * Clean, sanitize, and restock the bar area.
  * Maintain inventory and report stock shortages.
  * Follow alcohol-service rules and ensure responsible customer behavior.
  * Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  * Promote specials and upsell drinks where appropriate.
  * Maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• * Grade 12 certificate.
  * 1–2 years’ experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  * Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  * Ability to handle cash accurately and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  * Neat, well-presented, and professional appearance.
  * Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  * Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar equipment.
  * Good time-management and multitasking abilities.
  * Ability to work under pressure and handle busy periods.
  * Reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
  * Physically fit enough to stand for long hours.
  * Team player with a positive attitude.
  * Basic knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and customer safety procedures.
