Job Description:

• Undertakes effectively inspection of domestic products and services in order to ensure compliance with compulsory standards.
  Undertakes timely the issuance of licences in order to facilitate trade of products and services covered under compulsory standards.
  Undertakes periodically the updating of the Southern Region domestic
  inspections database in order to facilitate storage, retrieval and processing of information.
  Undertakes timely the conduct of investigations on consumer complaints for domestic products and services in order to address the risks and provide remedial measures.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Electrical Engineering
  Member of a relevant Professional Body
  Minimum relevant pre-job experience 2 years
  Able to write technical and analytical reports
  Able to communicate effectively in English
