Job Description:

• Undertakes effectively the prosecution of offences under the Act in order to enforce compliance to compulsory standards.
  Undertakes effectively litigation involving the Agency in order to ensure the realization of its interests.
  Undertakes timely the preparation of contracts, other legal agreements, MOUs and standards in order to ensure compliance with the Law and safeguard the
  interests of the Agency. (to move to senior legal officer and above)
  Undertakes timely the drafting of legal opinions in order to facilitate compliance with the Law.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  Bachelor of Laws Degree
  Advocate of the High Court
  Member of the Law Association of Zambia
  Minimum relevant pre-job experience 2 years
  Able to write comprehensive reports
  Able to communicate effectively in English
