Job Description:

• i) Full Grade 12 School Certificate
  ii) Bachelor’s Degree
  iii) Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Monitoring and Evaluation role
  iv) Ability to write technical and analytical Reports
  v) Ability to communicate effectively in English
  vi) Qualifications under (i) and (ii) MUST be verified by the Zambia Qualifications
  Authority and verification/evaluation certificates submitted together with the
  application

Qualification/Work Experience:

• To undertake the development, review and harmonisation of standards, and to design and conduct
  research studies that generate credible evidence to support Board approvals, inform policy
  formulation, and strengthen evidence-based decision-making within the Authority.
