  Responsible for internal controls (PACI), compliance monitoring, risk management, audit reporting, and regulatory liaison (PACRA, FIC, CCPC, ACC, etc.).
  
  Requirements:
  Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Accounting or Audit
  Knowledge of compliance regulations and statutory requirements

  Service Administrator (Solwezi)
  Reporting to: Branch Manager
  Oversees workshop performance, warranty processes, documentation accuracy, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.
  
  Requirements:
  Grade 12 (5 credits or better)
  Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business or related field
  Strong analytical and customer service skills
  
  Vehicle Sales Team Leader (Lusaka)
  Reporting to: Sales Manager
  Leads sales team performance, drives targets, manages showroom operations, forecasting, and customer engagement strategies.
  
  Requirements:
  Grade 12 (5 credits or better)
  Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
  Strong leadership and sales closing skills
  Valid driver’s license (manual & automatic)
  
  Service Advisor (Kitwe)
  Reporting to: Senior Service Advisor
  Ensures efficient service reception, customer satisfaction, accurate costing, and adherence to Toyota standards.
  
  Requirements:
  Relevant professional qualification
  Minimum 2 years motor industry experience
  Strong product knowledge and communication skills
  
  General Service Technicians x18 (Lusaka & Kitwe)
  Reporting to: Workshop Foreman
  Responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to Toyota standards, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance.
  
  Requirements:
  Grade 12 (5 credits or better)
  Motor Vehicle Technician Certificate
  Minimum 2 years workshop experience
