Job Description:

• * Proven leadership experience in primary education
  * Strong academic and administrative management skills
  * Ability to lead staff, manage school operations, and ensure student welfare
  * Experience in inclusive education (autism knowledge is an advantage)

Qualification/Work Experience:

• * Grade 12 Certificate (5 credits including English, Mathematics, and Science)
  * Diploma or Degree in Special Education Needs
  * Registered with TCZ with a valid practicing license
  * 1–2 years experience (fresh graduates may apply)
  * Computer literacy and strong communication skills
  * Christian background preferred
