Job Description:

• • Develop and operationalize M&E frameworks integrated into project cycles.
  • Establish performance indicators, data tools, and reporting systems.
  • Produce periodic reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Train teams on M&E methodologies and promote results-based management.
  • Collaborate with partners to harmonize MEL practices and foster organizational learning.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• • Grade 12 certificate with at least five credits including Mathematics and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum five years’ relevant experience including three years in managerial roles.
  • Professional certifications in Monitoring & Evaluation or Project Management preferred.
  • Academic qualifications certified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority.
