Job Description:

• • Represent ZRA in civil and criminal litigation and Tax Appeals Tribunal proceedings.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and statutory instruments.
  • Conduct legal research and provide reasoned opinions.
  • Maintain updated legal records and advise on legislative amendments.
  • Prepare management reports and ensure departmental performance targets are met.
  

Qualification/Work Experience:

• • Grade 12 certificate with five credits including Mathematics and English.
  • Degree in Law and admission as an Advocate of the High Court with minimum five years at the Bar.
  • Five years post-qualification legal experience in relevant environments.
  • Membership of the Law Association of Zambia and certified qualifications.
