Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day logistics and transport operations
  Track movement of cargo and ensure timely clearance and delivery
  Liaise with drivers, clearing agents, customs officials, and clients
  Ensure all operational documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
  Monitor turnaround times and identify operational delays or risks
  Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for the Operations Manager
  Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters when necessary
  Support planning and scheduling of vehicles and resources
  Assist in improving operational processes and efficiency

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration,
  or related field
  Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in logistics or operations control (border
  operations experience is an added advantage)
  Member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT)
  Good understanding of customs clearing and transport operations
  Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
