Job Description:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, differentiated Mathematics lessons to Secondary School learners while promoting academic excellence and student development.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum.
  Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to support learner achievement.
  Assess, monitor, and report on student progress while providing effective feedback.
  Maintain a positive, orderly, and inclusive classroom environment.
  Contribute to curriculum development and learning resource creation.Support Mathematics clubs, competitions, and revision sessions.
  Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and pastoral staff to promote student success.
  Use assessment data to identify learning gaps and implement interventions.

Qualification/Work Experience:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 Credits or better.
  Bachelor's Degree in Education specializing in Mathematics from a reputable university.
  Registered and licensed teacher with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
  Ability to teach Additional Mathematics is an added advantage.
  Familiarity with ECZ, CAIE, and IGCSE curricula.
  Minimum 3 years' teaching experience at a reputable school.
