VAN SALE DRIVERS (4 POSITION)
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Full Grade Twelve School Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
Location: Chembe, Kitwe, or Lusaka
Duties
• Secondary responsibility for Executing van sales
• Driving Van sales trucks
• Assisting with Banking
• Handing over sold stock to customers
• Beefing up security during deliveries
MERCHANDISERS (9 POSITIONS)
Location:
Chembe, Kitwe, Kasama, Solwezi and Lusaka
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Full Grade Twelve School Certificate, Certificate in Sales and
Marketing will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
DUTIES
• Take repeat orders from retail outlets for van sales preorders
• Responsibility for POS materials
• Taking and reporting channel Stock positions
• Creating brand awareness
• Prospecting for new retail customers
• Gathering & timely provision of Market intelligence
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
• Ensuring product availability on shelves.
• Product display in chain stores
• Ensuring competitive forward share in chain stores
• Monitoring in-store stock levels
• Influencing and taking orders from chain stores
• Influencing consumers purchasing decisions towards MS brand on shop floor.
• Monitoring in-store damages
• Overall growth of in-store sales
• Market intelligence
• Other duties as assigned by senior staff
