The Emirates Group has unveiled a sweeping global talent
acquisition campaign, aiming to recruit 17,300 professionals across 350 job
roles during the current financial year.
This initiative supports the Group’s next phase of innovation
and expansion, in alignment with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33.
The recruitment spans both Emirates Airline, the world’s
largest international carrier, and dnata, its global air and travel services
arm.
Areas include Cabin crew and pilots Engineers and ground
handling specialists Commercial, HR, finance, and IT professionals and Catering
and cargo experts (dnata alone seeks over 4,000 hires)
To attract top-tier talent, the Group will host 2,100+ open
days and recruitment events Across 150 cities worldwide Targeted sessions for UAE
national graduates, pilots, engineers, and IT experts.
Since 2022, Emirates Group has hired over 41,000 professionals, expanding its workforce to 121,000 employees. In the past year
alone, it received 3.7 million job applications, reflecting its global appeal.
